Warranted against breakage due to defective material or workmanship for ten (10) years.

SEAT CUSHIONS

Warranted for two (2) years for loss of resiliency. The loss of resiliency should not be confused with slight softening and flattening of the fibers and foam that will occur as result of normal use and aging.

MECHANISMS

Swivel and sleeper mechanisms (all metal parts) are warranted to be free of defects for three (3) years from date of original purchase.

SLEEPER MATTRESS

Warranted by the mattress manufacturer. Registration and warranty information are provided with each mattress and all service problems will be handled directly by the mattress manufacturer.

FABRICS & LEATHERS

To the original retail customer, our upholstery fabrics are warranted against defective material or workmanship for one (1) year under normal residential care and use. This warranty does not cover fading, pilling, or shrinkage and is not valid where there is evidence of heavy soiling or abuse. Fabric damage or failure due to chemical treatment or improper cleaning is also excluded from this warranty.

Some leathers may contain insect bites, scratches, wrinkles, scars, color variations and other markings that occur in nature and are not considered defects and not covered under warranty.
